First Dreamees Workshop.

Hello Everyone,

First of all I would just like to thank everyone who came and joined us for our first Dreamees workshop, we all enjoyed it and the ladies did too. We decided to run the same workshop twice because of the demand, so we get to do it all again on the 24th with different ladies, which will be amazing.
Also keep an eye out on Facebook, twitter and our own website etc for future  workshops as I do think it is something we will continue with.

I am not going to put the projects up which we have made so not to spoil it for the ladies on the 24th although I am going to put some pictures of the day.

Thank you taking time to read this post, I do appreciate it so much.

Also just a quick reminder we are back on Create and Craft on Wednesday the 14th September. See you there.

Flowing Teapot Card

Good Evening,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the warm weather, I will admit I do like it a bit cooler so today has been lovely.

I am putting a picture up today for you which is a card I made for our shows on Create and Craft the other week. This card was inspired by the floating teacup I made a while ago, I thought I wonder if I can re-create this with card, so here  is the result I hope you like it.

The Template for the teapot is on the Crafty Card Templates cd, which is available from Create and Craft. The flowers used for this teapot are the Fancy Florals stamp set and the Ditsy Stitches stamp set, also the sentiment is from the sweet sentiments stamp set, I also used pearl to add a little interest to the handle of the teapot.

I hope you enjoy this post, I will post again very soon.

Christmas in June

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well, enjoying the lovely sunshine we have been having this week.

We have been very busy with Christmas in June at Create and Craft, we were delighted you loved our Christmas in June range, by how busy the shows were, thank you so much for this.

I thought I would show you two cards we made for the shows. The first one is using the Christmas Recipes and flowers also using the glitter embossing powders and vellum. I just love the effect of the embossing on the vellum also the option to print on this vellum from cds etc is just amazing. The second card is using the sentiment Noel and this is just a simplistic card but so classy in my opinion.

Thank you so much for spending time to read my post and leaving comments.

Now I just want to mention we are in Doncaster in a couple of weeks at Crafting Live at the racecourse, its going to be an amazing show we hope you can join us.

See you there,

A little bit shabby.

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well. I am sorry I haven't posted for a while again I just don't know where the time goes.

Anyway here goes I am sharing a card I have made ready for our shows on Create and Craft tomorrow (22nd May) at 1 pm and 7 pm I do hope you can join us.

This card has been made using our new cd called A little bit shabby, and this is the pale blue option and grey, the colours just go together so nicely.
I have also used our new stamp set called Pearly and Swirly, with also another new item the Magical Midnight pearl collection these are just divine and will match alot of colurs too.

All the products that I have used are exclusive to Create and Craft so be sure to watch the show and bag a bargain as some of the products will be half price.

Thank you for taking the time to look and I look forward to reading your comments.

Have a lovely day,

Triple Heart card

Hello Everyone,

I  hope you are all well.

I thought I would share this triple heart card I created using Dreamees Crafty Card Templates cd available at www.dreamees.org.uk

First of all the card is created using the heart shape on the cd, I printed these out at normal size then half size then quarter size to enable me to make the base card.

I then drew around these shapes onto cream card and cut out each one,  After this I then cut each of the above templates in half which I printed on the white paper, then folded these in half so I could then create the fold on the main cream cards.
I then covered the base of each heart shape then glued these to the base of the large heart as shown in the following picture.

When attaching these hearts together make sure you have enough room between each one for the easel type card to be created.
Then going back to the first 3 templates ( which are now in half ) you printed out draw around these onto cream card continuing the top of the heart curve. Then decorate these 3 hearts as you wish, you can see in the last picture how I decorated mine using Dreamees  puffball, flower shower and ornate flowers and flourishes stamps, I then added Dreamees pearls to finish off.

I hope you have enjoyed this post and try it yourself.
