Butterfly Dress

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all ok and enjoying this nice sunny weather, it makes us all feel alot better when we see a bit of sun.

Today I am showing you a card I recently made for a sample on our shows on Create and Craft, if you managed to see our show on Tuesday of this week you will have seen it on there.

Here is what I have used :

Black card
Dreamees Dress stamp set
Dreamees cd rom Pretty Projects
Black embossing powder
Versa mark ink pad
Collall glue
Spider web
Black and white pearls
Lace
Ribbon


I have used papers from the Pretty Projects cd available here , I  used black card and spider web also lace and ribbon from my stash.

I used a square card blank in black, I then matt and layered the papers and black card to the sizes I needed, arranged them on the base card. I then embossed the dress stamp, tiny butterflies and sentiment all from the same stamp set available only from Create and Craft at the moment  here . I put the spider web between the layers to give a bit of interest. I added lace and a bow before adding the topper.
I used the dress as the topper of the card and arranged the tiny butterflies down the side of the dress flapping the wings a little.
I then just cut some circles of the patterned paper and black card and made the swirl roses, also added a little pearl into each one, added a few black pearls for interest on the right hand side of the topper. I then finished the card off with a matt and layer sentiment flag.

Dreamees Heart Tree meets tattered lace dies.

Hello Crafters ,

I hope you are all well, today has been a really lovely day lets hope spring is on its way.

Today I have a card to show you from a stamp set I haven't used for a few weeks it is called The Heart Tree and is available here this stamp set was one of the first to go on Create and Craft on the Dreamees debut show back in November.

I have also used papers from the Pretty Projects cd rom available here , a Tattered Lace die called Victorian Square and it is so beautiful, it actually splits up so you can use different elements of it too, then I have added some string, pearls and lace from my stash.

First of all I cut my card to make  a card blank 14.5 cm square in white.Then I choose the pale pink and brown paper collections on the Pretty Pastels cd, to start the layers which I adhered to the card using collall glue. I then cut the Tattered Lace die out of the brown paper I had already printed, these dies release so well, I didn't have to even tap it or anything the pieces just fell out perfectly with just one push through of my grand calibur. I stamped my tree image onto pink paper using a versa mark ink pad,  I heat embossed it in gold. I  split the tattered lace die-cut up into the pieces I wanted to use, the outer edge being a frame for my stamped image, in which I glued to the stamped image paper then trimmed around the die cut to make it level. I added the layers of the card and some lace from my stash across the bottom half of the card, I then chose the middle part of the die as like a square doily, glued that to the top left of the card, then added my topper using sticky pads so leaving it protruding out a little to give dimension. I then went back to the little die -cuts I had left and thought the corners were perfect to pop  on each of the other three corners to add a little detail. I  stamped my sentiment from the heart tree stamp set, added it to the bottom left corner,stamped  3 large and 3 small flowers from the same stamp set , I used a quickie glue pen to add the glue to the flowers then added some glitter to make them sparkle. On a musical note !

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are ll well , today has been a lovely day weather wise , been quite sunny and warm. Is spring on its way? Lets hope so.

Today I have a card to show you which has used 3 templates from the Pretty Projects cd which you can pre-order here, it will be dispatched  on the 6th March.

 I made the pop up card, guitar and suitcase box templates, decorated them with distress ink pad gathered twigs, and the script stamp available here . I added pearls to the end of the guitar, and stitching with a pen to the suitcase. Then I just added a couple of music charms available here priced at just £1 per pack. I then just added a circle sentiment to finish the card off.

I just have to remind you that Dreamees are back on Create and Craft on the 11th March at 2 pm. We hope you can join us , we have 3 new stamp sets for you to choose from.

Topiary Tree

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well, all ok here at Dreamees HQ.

Today I have a bit of news for you all , our next show on Create and Craft has been confirmed as 11th March at 2pm, we would love it if you could join us to see lots of demos and some new products.

I now have a card to show you which I managed to make yesterday, I decided on a pink/blue theme  it is using our Topiary Tree stamp set available here priced at just £3.50 so a real bargain. I also used papers from  the cd Templates and more available here priced at just £14.99.
I stamped the image using memento black ink pad and coloured the image using graph it markers wow I love these markers they are all on my wish list now lol.
I then matt and layered the backing papers and attached to the card, added a strip of cream  lace which is available here.
I also used a spellbinders die cut in which to stamp my image onto, I then cut some other dies out which are new on our website and can be viewed here
I then added some glitter to the flowers on the tree, and pearls on the curled flowers and just to embellishment my card.

We also are now able to add our stamps to the website which have been on create and craft you can see them here

A little hut

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well. We have been a little trip out today to get some new goodies for our web shop I hope you can pop over and have a look. Its www.dreamees.org.uk

Today I am also showing you a card I have made using the hut stamp available here priced at just £4.oo its a bargain .

I have also used my Graph it  markers for the first time and oh my gosh I love them, I do have trouble blending colours but with these pens its a dream , they are so great to work with too.

A Windmill Project

Hello Crafters ,

Hey I am doing well two posts in two days, I have had trouble trying to upload from my laptop onto here for some reason and I mostly do that in the evenings but hey another job to do on the main pc lol.

Here is a Windmill Project Hayley made from our new cd Pretty Projects which is available exclusive at Create and Craft until the 6th March , we did have a sell out on this cd live on air and they do have more stock now so be sure to get it now lol

The projects are just so adorable when finished and you can have so much fun with them all. Decorate them as you wish.

New cd Pretty Projects Templates and more

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well, we are really well at DreameesHQ, we have had 2 shows with Create and Craft this last week on Thursday the first one with Leonie, then the second with Martyn , we must say too that we really did enjoy both shows so much. Also a big thank you to people who ordered the brand new cd rom from Create and Craft as they have it exclusive until the 6th March , we are taking pre orders on our own website but these will not be despatched until the 6th March. I am showing you the Jug of flowers I made for the show, I really had a great time making this one as most of you know I do like the flower making part of crafting. Hope you like it too.
